WHAT IS AN UNFILTERED WINE?
An unfiltered wine is a wine that has not been subjected to the filtration process after fermentation.
The particles in suspension are preserved, giving the wine a slightly cloudy appearance, a source of aromatic intensity. This technique aims to preserve the finesse of the aromas and the natural characteristics of the wine.
